Tap "DELETE ALL DATA NOW" - deletion happens immediately without confirmation
Uninstall the app if needed for additional security
Important: This is a one-tap, immediate deletion with NO confirmation dialog. All your local data will be permanently erased the moment you tap the button. If you have iCloud backup enabled, you'll need to delete those separately through your iCloud Drive settings.
